Directions For Use

Application tools

  • Soft brush
  • Stiff bristle/nylon brush
  • Wear chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing

Caution: Surfaces may be slippery when wet. Use caution when walking on wet surfaces during application. Net-Trol may dull painted surfaces and some metal fixings if left on to long. Rinse off quickly or wipe with a wet cloth.

How to use Net-Rol Wood Cleaner

1. First wet the surface with fresh, clean water

2. Apply Net-Trol with the application brush included in your kit

3. Scrub the surface with the stiff brush included in your kit

4. Leave to stand for approx 10-20 minutes. If the surface starts to dry, dampen with a mist application of water

5. Scrub the surface whilst rinsing with water

6. If required, repeat procedure

7. Allow to dry for 48 hours or until it meets the moisture content required by the chosen finish

8. Begin the sanding process with the 80-grit then move on to the 120-grit to get below the most weathered timber (a thorough sanding with both grits is important to get a quality finish)—before moving onto the wood-saturating oil application.
