A day bed. Scatters, a tailored cover, and a year's supply of feeding oil.
A bench. The full aftercare programme: cushion, cover, oil.
A pergola. Covers and oils for the structure and any swing seat or day bed it shelters.
Or bring it together your way. Speak with our team and we'll curate your selection.

Why this matters
Every piece is made by hand in our Lyme Regis workshop, in prime European oak or Accoya, with marine-grade stainless fixings. The accessories that accompany them are not afterthoughts – they're how a swing seat settles into a garden, how a day bed becomes a place to read, how oak is fed through its first decades outdoors.
We endorse our oak pieces for five years structurally, and Accoya for fifty years above ground. With seasonal care, both timbers will outlive the guarantee many times over.
Sitting Spiritually is endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, with pieces placed in Gold Medal-winning gardens at Wisley, Rosemoor, Harlow Carr and Bridgewater.

FAQs
What counts as an accessory?
Anything in our accessories collection – cushions, scatters, covers, oils, aftercare kits, and carved inscriptions on rope swings. Speak with Nick or note your selection on the enquiry form.
How is the £495 valued?
At standard list price. Anything within the £495 value is complimentary; anything beyond is charged at standard rates.
Do I need a discount code?
No code. Place your order in the usual way; online, by phone or by speaking with Nick - and we'll be in touch shortly after to help you choose your accessories. They're added to your order at no charge before it moves to the workshop.
Can I take the value as a discount instead?
Our spring window is built around the gift of accessories – the things that complete the piece and protect it over time. If that mix doesn't suit your circumstances, do speak with Nick and we'll find something that works.
What are current lead times?
Pieces are typically made within four to six weeks of order. Pieces ordered during the spring window will reach you through June and July, in good time for high summer.
If I'd rather order online, how does it work?
Two routes. You can complete checkout in the usual way and Nick will be in touch shortly after to walk through the accessories – they're added to your order before it moves into the workshop, at no charge. Or if you'd prefer to see everything quoted together before committing, request a quote at the final stage and Nick will build the full proposal for you, accessories included.
