Open Weekends Update

We were blessed with the most glorious weather for the first of our Open Weekends of the Summer here at the Sitting Spiritually Garden.

We were delighted to be joined by fellow exhibitors

Adrian Gray Stone Balancing

Alex Brooks Furniture

Ed Brooks Furniture

Jarmanmurphy Garden Design

Robert James Literary Bronze Sculpture

And many of them were on hand to discuss their work

Our Garden Designers Jarmanmurphy had made our developing garden look fabulous.  It is early days in the development of the new garden, and we expect big changes for the June and September Open Weekends, with much growth anticipated during the Summer.

Celia did a stirling job keeping everyone refreshed with drinks and cakes, and donations were made to Perennial, the Gardener’s Benevolent Society.

We would like to mention here what didn’t work!  We felt that the Park & Ride was not a success and realised that people would rather be in control of their own arrival and departure.  The taxi company did a fantastic job for us, but we have realised it wasn’t ideal for our visitors.  So, we are pleased to have made an arrangement with a kind and helpful neighbour and are happy to say that parking will be available next to the Sitting Spiritually Garden for the next Open Weekends.  We do hope you will be able to join us then.

Thanks to Maisie Hill Photography & Andy Neal Photography for the images

Our thanks also  to everyone who visited us, we hope to see you at the weekend
